• Late check-out requests may be considered but are subject to availability and additional charges.

• The guest who books the property is responsible for all accompanying guests.
• Guests must report any damage immediately.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

• Maximum occupancy: 8
• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parties or events: Not allowed
• Respect for neighbours is expected at all times.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 2 days of check-in are non-refundable.

A security deposit of $100 is required and will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage or breaches of this agreement occur.

• The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the property.
• The host is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

• Lost keys: $25USD
• Excessive cleaning fee: $75 USD
• Damages: Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage caused.

Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community rules.

The host reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance or emergencies with prior notice to the guest.

The host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if guests violate these terms and conditions.
